My friends and I stumbled upon it while exploring the city, and we were drawn in by the enticing aroma wafting through the air. Once inside, the colorful decor instantly put us in a festive mood. We began our meal with some tostones, and they were the crispiest I've ever had, served with a side of tangy garlic sauce that perfectly complemented them. For the main course, I went for the sancocho, a hearty stew that truly warmed my soul. It was loaded with tender meats and rich root vegetables, making it a perfect comfort dish. As a suggestion, they could improve the drink menu—while the options were good, I’d love to see more traditional beverages available. We finished off with a slice of tres leches cake, which was heavenly! The service was friendly and efficient, and we felt well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious meal in a welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to come back and try more items!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Dominican restaurant, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warm and vibrant atmosphere that truly reflects Dominican culture. I decided to start with the mofongo, which was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a delicious garlic sauce that I couldn't get enough of. For the main course, I ordered the ropa vieja, and it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted! The beef was so tender, and the flavors were rich and savory. To top it off, the service was fantastic! Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, which made choosing my meal much easier. The only downside was the wait time; it took a bit longer than expected for our food to arrive, but I can assure you it was worth it! I can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu. Highly recommend if you're looking for authentic Dominican cuisine!
